MHT CET 2017 | Exam Summary | Eligiblity

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test well known as MH CET 2017 or the MHT CET 2017 being organized by the State Common Entrance Test Cell for admission to UG degree course in health science, engineering and technology, pharmacy. This is an annual entrance exam conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) for the selection of undergraduate medical degree courses in all Gov/ Municipal Corporation, Gov. aided Health science institutions and private medical health science colleges/institutions for academic year. Candidates/Students who are appearing for High Secondary examination or equivalent 10 +2 or who have already passed and satisfy the MHT CET 2017-18 eligible criteria can submit MHT CET 2017/ MH CET 2017 application form. After successfully submission of application form MHT CET aspirants will be issued MHT CET Admit card to appear in exam. MHT CET exam date/application form/admit card/exam pattern/result and all other details will be announced by the Government of Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2017 Eligibility

Ensuring the MHT CET 2017 eligibility for the mht cet admission . Eligibility Criteria defines all the requirements which a student needs to fulfil before he/she can apply for MHT CET . Education : HSC/10+2 standard examination or its equivalent with Indian nationality.
Age: born before or on 13.12.1999 but for Ayurved and unani courses candidate should be born on or 01.10.1999.
Subjects: Aspirants should have qualified in Physics, English, Chemistry and Biology.
Percentage: Candidates should have secured minimum 45% marks (for general category) and Minimum 40 % marks

The eligibility of the candidates passing their 12th or equivalent examination from a school/college/Examination Board situated outside India shall be further decided by the University Authorities to which the candidate is admitted. Hence such candidates are advised to get their eligibility verified by the respective University Authorities before seeking admission to the Engineering courses in the State of Maharashtra.
Applicants belonging to this type are not required to appear for the MHT CET 2017.
